I have a question about wrinkles….?

admin September 5th, 2010

I’m 26 yrs old. I exercise regularly, eat right and get enough sleep. I’m trying to preserve my youth as long as I can. When should I start using a wrinkle cream? Is there any products out there for younger skin just trying to avoid wrinkles? I don’t see any wrinkles on the face and I am trying to avoid them as long as possible. Any suggestions as to when and if I should use a wrinkle product? Thank you for your time.

Anti wrinkles creams are geared towards women in their 40s and 50s, however, it is safe (and wise) to start a good skin care anti aging regimen in your early 20s. 90% of aging is actually cause by our environment while only 10% is from naturally growing old. You can prevent aging with the proper skin care regimens and keeping out of the sun. I’m 27 and started using Arbonne’s NutriMinC Re9 anti aging system last year. I’ve notices amazing results with my skin. The system is formulated to prevent and decrease fine lines and wrinkles.

Arbonne’s products are pure, safe, beneficial, result oriented, and made in Switzerland with the highest of European standards. They are Botanically based, pH correct, Hypoallergenic, Dermatologist tested, Never tested on animals, Formulated without animal products or by-products, Formulated without mineral oil , Formulated without wax, dyes, alcohol, or chemical fragrances, Made with Nanosphere Technology to help the products adjust to your specific skin type, and Specifically formulated to meet the needs of people with different skin types (dry, oily, combination, acne, sensitive, skin conditions, etc).

Arbonne is also a try before you buy company with the option to save 35-75%. To learn more you can click on my profile, visit my 360 page or my website. I’ll be happy to help you.

Always use a moisturizer under your make-up. Don’t wait for the wrinkles to show up before you take care of your skin. Eucerin Q-10 is recommended by dermatologists.

I think it really depends on your skin type. If you have a dermatologist ask them instead.

Lots of people say that only people with more mature skin should use wrinkle preventing creams, but personally, if it’s something you are worried about then why not. I think Avon did a range for younger skin, but then again I’m not completely sure, maybe check their website?

But keeping your skin hydrated, inside and outside, is good for keeping wrinkles at bay x

You should start immediately… once skin is damaged, you cannot repair. Start now. I would recommened ROC. you get it at Dermotolgist.
Lots of water < Sunscreen and No Smoking..

Taking care of your skin is very important. There is no time limit as when to start to use a winkle free cream. The sooner you start, the longer you can perserve your youthful looking. I know a product that really works for your age. It’s call Skintelligence. This product works for all type of skin. If you are interesting about it, I can always refer you to one of my friends who is familiar with this product.

    Good luck

The best possible way to prevent wrinkling is to use a high grade sunscreen with Z-Cote (most over the counter sunscreens don’t actually work that well and don’t help much against photoaging). I avoided wearing sunscreen in my early-mid 20’s because I just didn’t want to make the effort and didn’t like the "mime" look I got when I wore it. Now I regret it! I still look younger than my age but I make sure I put sunscreen on every single day, even if I’m not going to be outside that much. I have more incentive now, of course because I’ve started getting wrinkles here and there. I can hear the "I told you so’s" from my dermatology friends…

Prevention is the key. Moisturizer is important but not as crucial as sunscreen, if you want to keep your skin truly healthy.

I’d recommend the highest quality brands [that contain Z-cote] since they will protect you from aging UVA rays, like DDF, Cosmedicine, SkinCeuticals, Obagi, etc. They don’t leave that ugly ‘white face’ that you normally get with over the counter sunscreens. The Z-cote is what actually keeps you from looking like a street mime.

Here’s a link to read more about it: http://www.atforyou.com/zcote.asp
