Hi, I am a 19 year old female and I need some advice when it comes to skin care.
I take very good care of my skin. I moisturize, I don’t wear eye makeup, I don’t tug/pull on my skin. However, EVERYMORNING when I wake up…I have THESE wrinkles underneath my eyes (they look even worse JUST when I wake up):
PICTURE: http://i41.tinypic.com/2d293zm.jpg
So…I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. It’s not genetics. I drink a good amount of water (although I could drink a bit more), and I even purchased a beauty pillow, a pillow that prevents sleep wrinkles!
And….Nothing.
During the day, they’re not so bad…but they’re still there.
I am a bit self-conscious about them because I know there are gorgeous girls out there, such as yourself, with a lot better-looking and "wrinkle-free" skin. So pleasee..give me advice and please let me know if you have the same problem. Maybe I’m not the only one?
Maybe I’m just being too hard on myself? Thanks so much for any and all advice/tips/info you have.
By the way…this picture was taken with a webcam, haha. It is SOO unflattering, I know. But it’s all I had at the moment. The dark "shadows" are not discoloration…its just from an overhead light.

In your opinion… what is the best skin care product to refresh and remove bags from under eyes and to prevent onset of wrinkles?

I need some kind of skin care product for my extreme eyelid wrinkles. I’m only 14 and my eyelids are like prunes. It makes it impossible to wear eyeliner.
What should I use??

Hi,
So far I have never applied any make up on my face. I am 24 now and I am getting some wrinkles over my forehead and large pores over my face. Also, I am fat does it have to do anything with pores? Because, my friends started telling me that I am looking older than I am supposed to be..Do i need to start putting on any make up? If so what would you suggest? Or any suggestion with respect to skin care is welcome.. I just want smooth skin and want to look better.
Thanx in advance.

All right Ladies! For all of you who splurge on expensive brands, such as those carried in Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Saks, etc. What skin care line is the best? As in which one do you use or have used that makes your skin look absolutely freaking AMAZING? Healthy, radiant, fights wrinkles, age spots, all of it. Which one? I’ve heard of Obagi, Revive, La Prairie and such. All of these charge an arm and a leg but which, if any, are worth the price? Are there any mid range brands that work as just as well(if you ever compared)? Help me out girls!!

I know I am a little young to start using wrinkle creams but I really feel that I need them. I have been having really bad anxiety problems over the past year and a half or so and the stress from it has really taken a toll on my appearance. I have an anxiety disorder that causes you to be really stressed out like all of the time. I have sought treatment for it but it is still something that I struggle with. The stress it has caused has really aged me though. I honestly think I look about ten years older than I am or more in my face. I even had some gray hair. I have puffiness and a few wrinkles around me eyes and the skin on face is definitely not as firm and supple as it used to be. Stress can age you so badly so quickly and I just want to reverse some of the damage that has been done already. Right now I use a regular face lotion before I go to bed and then a dual spf and moisturizer for during the day plus moisture surge cream from clinique that isn’t for aging or anything. I just want to know of any good, anti-aging products that are out there that would be safe for my age. I also drink lots of water and eat healthy to take care of my skin. I also have very sensitive skin so I need something that isn’t too harsh. I probably couldn’t afford something that costs more than so something in the -50 range would be good. Any other skin care tips would be welcomed.

i am 56 ,no real wrinkles, a line here and there, but face looks tired and starting to sag a little..My skin is sensitive, i have an occasional rosacea flareup. for the most part my "beauty" routine consists of rinsing face morning/night with cool water and sunblock. no makeup, nothing else. at night I use a moisturizer, no specific brand. I am a very busy, tired nurse who frequently works 60 hrs a week. Divorced for 5 years, and haven’t had as much as a door held open for me by a man, I would really like to try to improve my appearance. I realized I don’t even look into a mirror and want to look nice, for me. maybe have a life again! so, I want to know what I should be doing, I do eat a healthy diet and take vitamins, but what about skin care? also, make up? I am fair skinned, auburn hair (colored, as my hair is very dark). hazel eyes. I don’t think I even own any make up or even lip stick!! HELP..bring me up to date , please!! I’m not cheap..but don’t want to spend a horrendous amount on products. Thank you to all in advance for your help!!

I stay on the Southeast side of town where the presumably well to do good white folk stay. Up the street from me is a strip mall with a Harris Teeter. On the skin care aisle, there are two shelves of high priced wrinkle creams. They are all locked in a glass case, requiring a key from an employee to obtain.

I am 16 and I wear sunscreen everyday because I know that is important to stay looking youthful. I was just curious about what type of skin care regime would be best to stay looking young as I age. I am especially interested in avoiding wrinkles so what products would be good to maintain my apperance?

I use some anti-aging/anti-wrinkle skin care products on my face, but I’m not even 20. I know I don’t necessarily need those specific types of creams right now, but will there be negative effects if I do use such products?

I am a 41 year old woman. I have always been told that I look young for my age, however, I do have fine lines around my eyes, forehead and mouth. I would like to try to get into a daily skin care routine to help stop or minimize wrinkles, tighten skin and reduce that puffiness and/or darkness under my eyes. Currently I just wash my face with soap and water and use a moisturizer on it in the morning. I don’t have a problem with acne or anything. I have been searching the web for the best anti wrinkle creams and so much comes up that it is hard to decide. I don’t want to have to spend a whole lot on this. I have been looking at Olay but not sure if that works, RoC, and others. I just need some help from people with actual experience in anti aging/wrinkle creams to help me narrow down my choices. I have combination skin and am not allergic to anything. Any advice on this would be helpful as there is so much to choose from and they all say the same thing.

I have very oily skin & a lot of acne. I have tried Proactive, Clean & Clear, a LOT of over the counter products & nothing seems to work for my face. Right now I am using Exposed Skin Care & I have been using it for a month & a half now & i have seen no improvement in my skin. My other scrubs I am also using is Neutrogena Deep Clean, St. Ives Blackhead & Blemish, & Biore Pore Scrub. I do not over wash my face. I only wash it in the morning & at night. I wash my makeup off like I should but i haven’t found the perfect stuff for me. Does anyone know of anything that is great? I have also went to the dermatologist & there stuff did not work & i am not getting Accutane.

Im turning 19 and i know some of my friends are already starting skin care products to prevent wrinkles. I think its a little early myself. My mom is 48 and has GREAT skin. Barely a wrinkle or line on her face and hopefully i get her genes! What age should i start using products to prevent wrinkles?

I am trying to find an effective skin care line that will not only moisturize my skin but also prevent from wrinkles and possibly make my wrinkles less visible/smoother? There are so many options available but I know that some of them are mostly relying on their name not the quality of their products.
Cheers

i’m 14, can I use anti-aging cleansers yet?
my friend said to wait till 20, but my mom said at any age

i’m just making sure.
what face wash do you recommend for me? Pimples aren’t a problem because I hardly get them but I have dried and rough skin and a few wrinkles under my eyes.
i’m using cliniques 3 step skin care and it’s not working that well for me :/
thanks for your time!

I used to have really bad acne so i have some scars, also my skin has been dry dry lately so i started using this vasoline for men face and body lotion on my face, it just makes my face oily and now i am breaking out pretty bad. What are some exfoliating products and moisturizing products for men? I would rather not mess around with homemade things. Also is there any other products i should be using for good skin care? I also have very large pores and 3 pretty large wrinkles on my forhead.
I have been using my moms body moisturizer and exfoliating cream the last few days and i really can tell and see the difference already but I want something for guys.
Yeah i know it wont make me into a girl, but i don’t like smelling like a girl.

I’m looking for some skin care products that work really well and aren’t too expensive. The more natural the better. First of all, I have slightly oily skin, but sometimes it’s also dry (weird, huh?). I don’t have huge breakouts, but once in a while I’ll have some acne. Also I’m trying to get rid of some wrinkles- expression lines around my mouth, and also whiten my skin- I have darker skin in some areas, like around my mouth. I also have some acne scars- they’re light, but I’d like them to disappear completely, you know? Oh, and suggestions for lotions, moisturizers, etc, will also be appreciated. So, to sum it all up, I’d like product(s) that will get rid of acne, scars and blemishes, dark skin and tans, wrinkles, and make skin healthier and smoother. Also, it’s best if the price is under each. Thanks! Looking forward to the answers
