I can describe my skin. I’m 26, my skin in clear with a few breakouts during pms. Oily and dry on my T-zone, Dry on chin and other areas of face. I like scrubs they get rid of my dry flakes..but dry me out and make my skin red. I have big pores on my cheeks, lots of blackheads on my T-zone. I don’t wash often, too drying, I scrub every other day. I’m looking to get my skin in it’s outmost healthiest at my age..I don’t want wrinkles/discoloration..etc. I’m looking for a regime and an eye cream? HELP??
Alpha Hydrox Lotion..where can this be found?

I’m going to go to the store in a bit, (Target) to buy a few things, and I kind of want to buy some new make up while there.
And my problem is with concealer and foundation, and a dewy finish.
First of all- I have dry skin
So with my concealer, what would I buy to make sure it doesn’t go into any small lines? Because even though I don’t have wrinkles, when it dries after a while it creates lines that look like wrinkles.
With foundation I do not wear liquid or cream, because I don’t know if I apply it everywhere or only places where I need coverage? And if I apply it only in smaller areas won’t it look funny to have weird lighter and such spots on my face? (And yes I know I have to find that perfect shade that blends into my skin ^^)
And then there’s the glow. How do I get that dewy glow on my cheeks after finishing? I don’t want to have to wear tons of Moisturizer and lotion to get that. And the glow I am talking about is more of like a moist glow not like a shimmer from those sparkles in make up.
I also have old acne scars and small pimples. But not much just here and there.
Also after a day of smiling and talking the make up creases at the sides of my mouth.
I just want to make sure my make up stays put all day.
Please help! D: I’m 19 and still don’t know how to put on my make up correctly.
Also if you have recommendations of some nice products (non-expensive please) feel free to say them.

For years I have inadequately maintain my skin, as in keeping it clean and healthy. I usually just wash my face during showering with Irish Spring soap with aloe. In recent years, I’ve noticed a sharp increase in whiteheads. All along my jawline and more recently, my temple area on either side of my eyebrows. I also have the usual blackheads on my nose, under my eyes along my cheeks, on my chin and between and even under my eyebrows.
It’s never been much of a concern to me, except when I get the big, infected monsters. I tend to pop those immediately, but I can’t get rid of the white and black heads that same way.
So I’m wandering, what products that are out there can clear up my skin, mostly whiteheads and blackheads? Price is important, especially during these times. I’m looking for low to mid level products in terms of price. Though if you would recommend Proactive, I would be willing to spring for that simply because I have always heard it is the best product out there.

The first thing I thought was: Holy crap I have that one disease where people get old young and die from heart attacks.
Then I slapped myself.
I live in teh sunshine state. So errr I am guilty of rubbing my face when I get pimples on my cheeks. I also have dark circles (inherited sadly) and there are little wrinkles under my eye. Like really tiny. Also when I smile now the area near my nose and cheek wrinkles up: I just noticed that this year. Im freaking out.
Is there any home remedies and lotions I can use…..I only put cream on like when I go outside and my skin I think is real dry.
*rubs preparation H on thumbs down magnet
sorry magneto

hi guys.im male 20 yo. i have problem choosing skin product. i have these problems..
(im not good with this , its confusing to sort out so plz dun get mad)
1) combination skin
2) wrinkled skin
3) my face skin looks as if it has gone deep inside(especially my cheeks)
4) uneven skin texture
5) uneven skin color
6) saggy skin
7) fairer neck and body skin but 10 X darker face skin.
i’ve tried many product from bioglo, avon and many more since i was 15 yo, but nothing happened as if my skin won’t absorb the nutrients..and my face is better when i wash it,but after few minutes all the abnormality that i have listed above happens.
so which product should i use, i have sensitive skin, i’ve tried many cleanser, toner, and hydrating mask and cream.(but they are all waste, almost 100 different types of product since i was 15)
im now planning to buy products from GARNIER.
if u are suggesting any garnier products, which garnier to choose is it from AQUA DEFENSE, POWER LIGHT,etc.
should i buy for THE MENS or just RANDOMLY..
please be kind and dont use harsh words. im just lost in this skin care matter.
anyone out there plzz be kind and help me to sort my problem. skin problem seems far away from me when im young but now when im in my 20s they are here to say, especially when im meeting new people in my working place.

Ok, I’m really bad and I have never used facial moisturizer before. I have severe combination skin! The last year or so I have been getting zits all over my chin and nothing I use seems to get rid of them. On the other hand, my cheeks are so dry. I am going to be turning 30 this month and I realize it’s time to do something before I start getting wrinkles. On the good side, I must still look younger because I still get carded and asked if I’m a student when I attend my cousin’s high school events.
I want to start doing better but I have no idea what kind of moisturizer to use since I am prone to severe acne on my chin only. I never had this problem when I was a teenager but now I’m making up for it.
Thanks for all serious answers. And I know I should have been taking better care of my skin so don’t yell at me, lol. I’m going to do it now and I can’t make up for the past.

Well i have Combination skin, but not like "oily tzone, dry everywhere else"
its like, my upper cheeks are usually dry, but recently they have been really oily. my nose too. sometimes theyre oily in the morning, then dry out later in the day
my forehead is somewhat oily, with dry patches sometimes on my eyebrows and in the middle of them.
my cheeks usually LOOK dry and flaky, but if you touch them, they arent. im only 14 and im starting to get wrinkles under my eyes.
i have acne mostly on my forehead, and blackheads on my nose.
I wear make up usually, and i think ive been scrubbing too hard under my eyes to get it off so now that area is kind of sensitive ):
ive been trying to wear sunscreen everyday, and i eat pretty healthy.
i dont think its stress because this has been going on for a while.
im also looking for a good cleanser and moisterizer.
sorry for it being so long, i wanted to be really specific.
i really want to start taking better care if my skin cuz my aunt told me everything i do to it now will show up when i get older!!!! D:
THANKS SO MUCH <3<3<3

I used the "Acne free" brand acne kit for sensitive skin. I have never used a kit like that before (such as proactive), but I have used other pore washes and acne pads. I have gotten some adverse reaction from the pads I’ve used in the past, but when I switched to the sensitive skin treatments, I didn’t have any reddening or dryness.
It says to used tree times a day, to start off, I used it once.
the last step of the treatment was to put on a thin layer of the "mask" and leave it on.
I had done this in the afternoon with no problems through out the rest of the day even into the night,
But the next morning I woke up and my skin was bright read and so swollen I could barely open my eyes.
I have a bad reaction to Benodryl, so I didn’t want to use any, so I just used an ice pack in hopes the swelling would go down.
This happened three days ago, and as of today, the swelling is down alot, but not all the way gone, I’m still swollen under and around my eyes alot, in the cheeks, around my mouth and forehead.
My skin is still very read and itchy and the dryness is just getting worse, even though I’m putting moisturizing lotion on it multiple times a day.
Not only is my skin dry, red and itchy, but it burns constantly.
Anyone have any ideas what to do?
Can anyone give me any ideas what caused this?

I’m 16 years old. I have dry-combo skin. My cheeks and mouth are flakey, while my forehead and chin is oilier. My cheeks and nose are also constantly red. I have sensitive skin. I’ve been really wanting to take better care of my skin. I’ve been doing some research and I’ve come up with this routine for my face. Oh. I get a little bit of acne, but its not bad.
Night
1. Cetaphil Cleanser
2. Neutrogena alcohol free toner
3. Loreal Skin Genesis Deep action night complex
4. Loreal Skin Genesis Eye serum
5. Loreal skin Genesis Complexion Equalizer
DAY
1. Cetaphil Cleanser
2. Neutrogena alcohol free toner
3. Loreal eye serum
4. Loreal ideal skin genesis daily treatment serum
5. Neutrogena combination skin moisturizer.
If you’re wondering, I’m using two different moisturizers because I believe the Neutrogena is lighter than the Loreal.
I haven’t begun this routine yet. I was wondering if its good before I go waste tons of money.
Please don’t say "WAAAAY too much stuff." If you’ll look, you’ll notice that most are serums/moisturizers-not anything that would strip my skin.
I know that at 16 I don’t have wrinkles, but I want to protect my skin and really make it look great.
Any comments? And please tell me if there is a product that might be better. My main concern is redness. Yikes.

I have combination skin (normal/dry skin on cheeks and side of face and oily skin on my forehead, nose and chin). my acnes not that bad, its like moderate. I mostly get lots of skin colored small pimples and sometimes big red ones. the little skin colored ones are really annoying and ive used proactiv, acnefree, clean&clear advantage and clinique. proactiv worked for a while then stopped working, acnefree kept my skin the same, clinique dried my skin out, so clear and clear is the best acne treatment ive used but wondering if theres something better.
ive heard of something called exposed, is that any good? or zenmed or any of those brands?
also are there any good prescription creams available at the dermatologist?
kthanks

This is for all you young gals(from 18 to 180years of age!)out there! I just don’t gettit! Why is it that you waste so much money on anti-wrinkle creams, skin bleach, lipsticks, lip glosses, eye shadow, blush…bla bla bla?
My mom and sis have streatch marks and they go on, and on about how much they’d like to get rid of them. I honestly don’t understand why! Those "wretched" marks make them look like tigers! I think it would be really sad to get rid of them!
And about that extra fat here and there?? Belly fat especially. It looks so naturally human! No normal man likes bone thin women! Their good to look at but not to hold!(they might break, or something!)! Haven’t you seen those gorgeous belly dancers? Their bellies are a far cry from those rib-showing tummies most women desire!
Lastly, those cute dimples every women hates to see on her thighs…cellulite! What’s the problem with that? Isn’t it supposed to be as normal as dimples on your cheeks??
Please help me understand why!

I have combination skin which means its oily in some places like around the nose and then its dry on my cheeks so i have oily and dry skin. I want to try a new acne treatment under 25$. I currently use clean and clear continuous cleanser and that works pretty well. Sacrylic acid doesnt really work for me so i would prefer something with benzoyl peroxide(:
