I am allergic to benzyole peroxide, and nearly all acne treatments have it in it. I have more acne now than I did as a teen, and its frustrating me! You see all of these great-looking products made to get rid of acne and I can’t use any of them. Salcylic acid doesn’t work overly well for me, it dries my skin out, and is more of a blemish treatment than over all acne treatment. Any tips?

I get few pimples occaisionally on my forehead and/ or chin. I use Clinique’s three step system day and night, and I have sensitive skin. I’m looking for a gentle acne treatment that will help the occaissonal outbreak. By the way, I’m allergic to benzyol peroxide.

Recently i’ve been getting breakouts on my face, proactive isnt working so i’m going to start using "AVON clearskin purifying gel cleanser", i also want to start using a moisturizer, i have "Aveeno positively ageless daily moisturizer SPF 30". I was wondering if it would be too much for my skin, or would it be alright to use right after i did used the acne treatment?

I have a greasy complexion, and that in addition to stress, it has taken a toll on my skin. Is there an acne treatment that you have used that has actually worked for you?

i saw this commercial for this acne treatment that said that theirs would actually work because it was foam…. How would foam really make that much difference??
They were like, yes proactiv has similar stuff and so does skin Id and then some other one, but then they were like, but ours has foam! Sounded pretty ridiculous to me.

I’m about to go to a dermatologist to get prescribed oral antibiotics in a month when my insurance benefits renew, but in the meantime – what is a good gentle facial cleanser, a good toner without alcohol, and a good acne treatment? Money is not a consideration, but what you get for your money in comparing two products definitely is a consideration.

~ I was wondering if anyone has used any of the acne treatment " Skin ID" and if it workes. Because before I order it, I want to know how it worked out for other people.

Ive tried Dermclinic but its pricey like four sessions of acne treatment costs me P8,000 and the creams and stuff is around P12,500 but its effective. I heard Forever Flawless is way cheaper, anyone who has tried there? Or can ananyonehere suggest a good skin care center.
*Calayan and Belo is definitely not on my list!

I know sulfur is used in acne treatment, but is sulfuric acid? One of my friends says sulfuric acid is too harsh for the skin, but I thought it was used at a low concentration. Does anyone know the answer?
Omg, I am not going to try using it. ahahahaha
I’m not retarded. Gosh.
Haha, you people were all serious thinking I was going to try to burn off my skin and you were going to save me. Lmao.
I was just curious….. my goodness.

I know this works well if you immediately apply it to mildly burnt skin, but what about regular skin in its natural condition? Does it also work well for acne treatment? I have heard conflicting responses, so what do you think?

‘m meeting with my dermatologist to discuss going on acne treatment. The problem is, I’m going to be with my mom, who I haven’t told I was having sex yet. I need to be put on something that won’t interfere with the effectiveness of my birth control. Anyone know of one that actually works? I’m looking for an oral treatment since creams and gels don’t work for me and only dry out my skin.

I just got the Skin ID personalized acne kit, it came with an anti-acne treatment (number 32) and an acne spot treatment. What is a difference between the two? The spot treatment was just a free gift, so I dont know if it is important… Please help!! I need to know!! thank you!

i am debating against
Klear Action Acne Treatment System
or
Clean & Clear Advantage
My skin has a tendency to get oily, also it gets dry with certain acne treatments. i have used proactive and it didn’t dry out my face. but i would like to know what would be better to use for my skin type, i want the unevenness in my skin tone to go away so if you know something other than these please tell me.
